We have a new position for a Finance Analyst, who would report to the Senior Finance Analyst, to join the Indian head office based in Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore, India.
About the role
This is a key position in the finance team and is critical to the Company operations & statutory compliance. The primary responsibilities would include:
- Assist in setting up overseas offices in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, which will cover operations, compliance, and regular monitoring of these entities.
- Assist with preparing MIS for Bangladesh & Sri Lanka
- Ensuring we meet our Statutory compliance, Taxes, GST across all entities (including India) and regular interactions with external consultant.
- Assist in establishing adequate inventory processes & controls, monitoring location wise book balances and physical inventory and reduce gaps in supply chain, customer orders, warranty, and credit claims.
- Assist with providing primary support for day to day operational needs of the Sales team including analysing current and past financial data and identification of any trends
- Build analytics, appropriate data repository assisting in decision making towards the growing business of the region
- Coordinate and engage with key stakeholders for the Annual Audit
- Supporting the annual budgeting process and uploading budget/forecast data into the company system
- Assist with forecasting of sales/ stock position/ allocations
- Assisting with strategic projects as and when required
About you

Education and work experience requirements:
- A qualified CA with 0-2 years of working experience
- Candidate should be well conversant with statutory & tax regulations like PF, ESI, TDS etc.
- Willingness to handle business operations and have a hands-on FP&A / data analytics experience
- Sharp business acumen, proven advanced Excel skills & tech savvy.
- Ability to manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency
- Should have been a member of a team handling big4 audits, capability of working with multiple stake holders
