Job Description

Mindshare is an agency of GroupM, world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for interns to join our Data & Technology team.At GroupM APAC, our people are our strength, which is why fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion is important to us.

Projects:

1. Productize TV to online attribution analysis
Interns will work with guidance to prepare:
a. The user interface for upload of input datasets
b. Inbuilt data checks and error planning
c. Backend attribution model
d. Contingency scenarios when model doesn’t work
e. Data visualization
f. Media plan scenarios

2. CPM Prediction for digital marketing
Interns will work with guidance will:
a. Data preparation – collation, cleaning, merging, features creation
b. Feature engineering – evaluate each features impact, apply feature selection methods
c. Model iteration – apply multiple ML estimation techniques and compare their parameters
d. Model validation – validate the model accuracy on validation dataset

3. ADH query automation
This work will involve supporting ADH work with collation, standardizing ADH queries, automating ADH analysis for most repeated use cases, along with visualization in data studio

What you will need: 

  • Graduate degree.
  • Knowledge about Phython, SQL, & other tools.
  • Analytical bent of mind with a knack for data and number crunching.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and media would be added advantage.
  • Collaborative and able to work in a team environment
  • Curiosity and keen to learn, with an interest in the digital industry
  • Self-starter and ability to self-direct
