Job Description

Role Summary:

• Working in close partnership with the business, provide support to drive business decisions.

• Interpret and explain performance within the business on a weekly, monthly and ad-hoc basis.

• Work alongside the Brand Ops team in respect of key planning assumptions and prepare forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities.

• Automating existing models so they run faster and more reliably

• Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights on specific issues.

• Prepare and maintain brand rating dashboards on BI tool (Quicksight)

Key Accountabilities

  • Monitor actual performance against target and provide understanding for variances.

  • Maintain/enhance the Forecast model in order to produce the Forecast numbers and use for data requests

  • To respond to routine and ad-hoc information/commercial requests

  • Develop a MIS system for customer management and internal communication

  • Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS)

  • Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner

  • Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency. Develop MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance

  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues

  • Build strong relationships with all key stakeholders

  • Collaboration across Internal Reporting teams – share best practice, influence business decisions and participate in cross functional initiatives

  • Take ownership of processes, participate actively in one to ones, responding to feedback and identifying learning opportunities in the workplace

  • Provide customer support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution.

  • Conduct Ad hoc analysis to inform business critical decisions

  • Document all work to a high standard with re-use in mind

  • Support the team as a Subject Matter Expert for business and act as a single point of contact for Brand Ops team, providing guidance and assistance to colleagues in respect of data and reporting needs

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:  

• Ability to work under pressure and to tight timetables.

• Strong planning & organisational skills

• Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) skills and Google sheets,
