- Work with Catalog Leads and Program Managers to gather observability pain points
- Design metrics and measurement systems to indicate the health of the system
- Design metrics and measurement systems to determine individual accountability of all participants in the system
- Interact with various internal and external stakeholders to provide the right solutions
- Design communication channels and reporting mechanisms to increase the visibility of performance metrics to all stakeholders
- Work with the team to determine cost-effective scalable solutions based on the insights generated and carve out project plans for implementing solutions.
- Help with the root-cause analyses for existing pain points in the process and work with the team to implement corrective actions.
- Should be exceptional at using google sheets/excel
- Should be above average at SQL and/or other querying languages
- Should have a clear understanding of descriptive statistics
- Should be able to communicate well in English
- Should be able to empathize with customers (upstream and downstream)
- Should be able to present ideas/insights in a consumable manner for everyone in the team and beyond.
